Cassper Nyovest: “Corporates Never Loved Us…”
Copyright has become a huge problem in this entertainment industry of ours. You get people sampling music without getting the original artists permission or even using someone’s vocals and not crediting them when the song makes it big.
Well one artist doesn’t want to go unappreciated for his musical efforts and talents. Cassper Nyovest is tired of SuperSport using his music and not crediting him for it, not even approaching him to use his music.
This first apparently happened with Savannah using Cassper’s music to advertise with but without approaching Cassper for him to get remunerated accordingly.
We all know the success of #SlyzaTsotsi and now SuperSport 4 is apparently using the #SlyzaTsotsi slogan in an ad of theirs.
We haven’t seen the advertisement ourselves and we are not too sure what the SlyzaTsotsi slogan is but, the owners of the song seem to be pretty worked up about SuperSport not approaching them for their work of art.
