Khuli Chana Set To Release No Lie Video Featuring Patoranking Today
Multiple award winning, South African artist, Khuli Chana (“The MotswakOriginator”), released new heat over the weekend whilst in Kenya that saw the song trend when dropped on Nation FM’s #TeamInsomnia radio show. Kenya was the first leg of Khuli Chana’s four country African tour that will see him visit Kenya, Zambia, Angola, Ghana and Botswana in the next 5 weeks.
Khuli Chana will drop the music video to his new single #NoLie featuring Patoranking tomorrow, Friday, 7th August 2015, in East Africa on Kiss TV and KTN, in West Africa on MTV Base Nigeria and in South Africa on Channel O’s Crispy Fresh & Turn Up; and on SABC 1’s Live Amp as well as on his YouTube channel. Khuli Chana will also be in studio to introduce his new music video on Channel O’s Turn Up on Friday, but not before he performs it for the first time ever in South Africa at ANALOGUE NITES tonight, 6th August 2015, at Niche Hangout in Rosebank where he will perform alongside longtime collaborator AKA!
The new song in question is called #NoLie featuring Nigeria’s award winning, reggae-dancehall artist, Patoranking. Patoranking recently won an MTV Africa Music Award (MTV MAMA) for Best New Act Transformed by Absolut. Khuli Chana coincidentally presented the MTV MAMA to Patoranking, however, their collaboration came about via a family recommendation and connection a year ago. Khuli Chana and Patoranking quickly found themselves vibing together and have since collaborated on three tracks, of which #NoLie is the first to be released.
