An Update On Tall Racks & Red Bull Music ‘Lift As You Rise’ Competition Project

Lift As You Rise project made possible by Nasty C’s Tall Racks stable in partnership with Red Bull Music has began it’s search and the contestant have started sharing their clips joining verses on the music shared online.

The promising stars have caught the attention of a lot of people even Reason who joked and said if Nasty C does not take the particular rapper he liked he will drop a diss track on his behalf.

“A much-undervalued part of the music industry is collaboration, especially in the world of fresh and independent hip-hop artists. At the moment, our music culture in SA is becoming more and more open to sharing and collaborating and this is the culture the Lift As You Rise project looks to achieve. This is the era where budding artists need to catch up with the understanding that they must collaborate to take their gift one step further.” said Nasty C.

To join your verse you simply have to visit http://redbull.co.za/lift-as-you-rise submit your verse on Twitter and Instagram @RedBull using the hashtags #redbullmusic and tag all the artists involved on the project from their official social media pages Nasty C, Tellaman, Gemini Major, Rowlene, Lastee and Zino D.
