KLY Poised To Drop “The Best Album” In SA Music History. For an artist to come out with a music project be it an album, EP or mixtape is not a piece of cake. At the same time, for the project to be ranked amongst the best can be a mountain to climb but most SA rappers have managed to surpass that benchmark.

KLY is one of the rappers who have been very familiar with the game. The rapper has been recently keeping a low profile in the game but he has promised to make a comeback in 2023 with the best music album.

Taking to Instagram, the Show Me Love chanter claimed that he is going to drop the best album to ever come out of South Africa. “2023 I’m dropping the best album to come out of South Africa…RESPECTFULLY,” he wrote. Despite not being very much active in the past few years, Kly has been one of the massive contributors to SA hip hop.

The rapper has secured some of the biggest collaborations due to his immense vocal ability. In 2016, he released KLYmax, an outstanding EP produced by Wichi 1080 and featuring artists such as Priddy Ugly, Ycee, and Frank Casino, among others. He has also collaborated with a diverse range of artists, including Wizkid, DJ Maphorisa, Mafikizolo, Priddy Ugly, and Major League.

With all that he has contributed to the culture, it will be interesting to see what the rapper has to offer come next year.
