“I came from perseverance and throughout the struggle I taught myself to be patient. After Metric I never went to varsity or nothing because I just went straight to studio” said Emtee while talking about his journey to success.

“Avery came into my life at a time when I felt like nothing was going to happen for me so he is the main inspiration for the album” said the rapper while explaining why he decided to name his debut album after his son.

“I’ve gone through so much pain to a point where I now know that rejection doesn’t mean anything.  I was practically homeless man, my parents used to beg me to come home but I told them to give me a year or two because I felt something was coming” the Roll Up hit maker said.
