Rashid Reveals Upcoming Album Release Date And Tracklist
Rashid has been in the game for a long time now and has been involved with several projects from different worlds that have helped bring Hip Hop to where it is today. A lot of people only recognise Rashid as a Hip Hop connoisseur but he is also an artist who lays heat on tracks like he is ironing fabric.
The MC from the East Rand of Johannesburg is the organiser of Back To The City which is the biggest Hip Hop Festival in Africa, he is also the organiser of the annual SA Hip Hop Awards/ SAHHA’s, he co-hosts the Rap Activity Jam alongside Oskido and Lufuno on Metro FM and in the midst of all this Rashid has decided to give us a full-length project. One only has to wonder if the veteran has the same 24 hours in a day as the rest of us.
Rashid has announced that he will be dropping his album titled Once Upon A Rhyme on the 20th of April 2016 and it features the likes of Proverb, Gigi LaMayne, Ginger Breadman, Notshi, Fortune, YBK, Mr. Calibre and many more A-List MC’s.
