AKA Explains How The Collaboration With Kwesta Came About

The AKA and Kwesta collab came as a surprise. 2016 is the year of the album for the Supa Mega and we all know that means it’s going to be an even bigger year for the star. In 2015, AKA only released two singles but he somehow managed to be the most played artist on radio.

The rapper has been working on his third studio album for a while now and from what we have heard, we are in for a treat this year. AKA always releases his albums in winter and we don’t expect this one to be any different.

We have seen a couple of collaborations from AKA this year including Day Ones which is a record found on Kwesta’s Dakar II and because it seems there was vibes between the two in 2014 people have been asking how the collaboration came about. “Tweezy sent that song to me for me to use it. Kwesta needed a feature. I put two and two together” AKA explained.
