AKA Reaches Another Major Milestone
There is no doubt that with the growth of SA Hip Hop SA Rappers are becoming more and more influential by the day. After you become this influential you start thinking about what type of legacy you want to leave behind and we are watching them build that.
A couple of weeks ago the Supa Mega announced that he will be launching the AKA scholarship which is powered by SAE Institute and Bridges for Music. The program received over 1 300 applications within the first 8 hours after it was launched.
AKA voiced his interest in helping other young musicians get equipped with the right skills that are needed to start your career. King Doro has officially joined the likes of Black Coffee, Hugh Masekela and Young Guru on the Wall of Fame as part of their scholarship drives.
