“My biggest competition is Jay Z” – Emtee

Emtee’s biggest competition is Jay Z. Hip Hop is a very competitive genre and if the influx of new top class MC’s is anything to go by, SA Hip Hop is extra competitive at this point. Emtee came up last year but it didn’t take long before the star was being compared to Cassper Nyovest.

Emtee dropped his first single off his debut album titled Avery last year and his career took off like it’s nothing and in 2016 the homie is clearly one of the hottest rappers coming out of Mzansi with out a doubt.

With rappers like Nasty C going hard the game is extremely competitive despite Emtee not feeling the pressure. Emtee was in an interview with Pearl Modiadie on Zaziwa when he was asked who his biggest competition is and he responded saying it’s Jay Z.
