Riky Rick Talks About Why He Left Motif

Riky Rick has decided to talk about the reason he left Motif Records. Boss Zonke has been in the game for a hot minute and there has been controversy around his departure from Motif which has never been cleared out.

Riky Rick was asked what happened to Riky at Back To The City and he responded saying, “I try not to explain any of these things, people should just keep listening to the music and they will eventually figure it out.”

Riky Rick was asked why he left Motif Records and Boss Zonke said “Motif we were cool, I just wanted to do my own thing and establish myself because I really didn’t feel like anybody could market me at the stage that I was at so I just decided to go fully independant.”
