Prince Kaybee Promotes AKA’s New Music Whilst Subbing Cassper

Prince Kaybee Promotes AKA’s New Music Whilst Subbing Cassper. Prince Kaybee took to Twitter to share that his friend rapper AKA sells music. The rapper may be promoting his friend’s music but it also seems that he is shading another rapper, Cassper Nyovest at the same time. His tweet has many people wondering if there is an element of shade in between the lines.

The Charlotte hitmaker retweeted AKA’s behind the scenes video, of the making of his new song, Super Soft, which will be released on Friday. The DJ wrote in his caption, “Hi, MY friend sells MUSIC, I said MUSIC”. The two musicians are known friends and have a good relationship, it is safe to say that Prince Kaybee is on team AKA. In his tweet, Prince Kaybee is also allegedly subbing Cassper, who he is not the biggest fan of.

Tweeps who saw Prince Kaybee’s tweet picked up on the shade from the DJ. One tweep said “the shade of it…oohhh Kabelo”, another one said “and so does Cassper. He sells better music.” Another tweep shared that he sees what Prince Kaybee did with his tweet and shared Cassper’s tweet that said “Dumelang, ke rekisa di tekkie!”, which might be the root of why Prince Kaybee is shading the rapper.

This wouldn’t be the first time, Prince Kaybee is accused of subbing Cassper, he has previously tweeted, tweets that do mention the rapper’s name but are aimed at him. The DJ has tweeted jabs directed at the moves, Cassper makes. Cassper, this year launched his own sneaker in collaboration with Drip Footwear. The sneaker retails for R990, to promote the sneaker, Cassper handed out pairs of sneakers to his celebrity friends and influencers. The DJ shared his thoughts about Cassper’s PR strategy and took to Twitter to sub him.

“Another thing about celebrities is the disconnect to the fans, they can’t seem to put back value where they got it from. For instance, you give away samples to celebrity friends and never to the people that bring the value, so now it creates a talking point but never an impact,” tweeted the producer.

Cassper and Prince Kaybee were supposed to sort out their issues in the boxing ring but unfortunately, that won’t be happening. The boxing match between Prince Kaybee and Cassper was called off because the DJ was demanding too much money. Prince Kaybee demanded that he receive R2.5 million instead of R350 000 which he was offered. Cassper said that Prince Kaybee was “delusional with his demands”.
