SA Hip Hop Mag’s Self Publishing Platform For Up Coming Artists Launched!
Getting your music or press release published or picked up by a major publication is one of the biggest challenges faced by up coming musicians. An online presence outside social media is important for musicians looking at positioning themselves as a brand and building a proper digital footprint.
SA Hip Hop Mag has launched a new platform called SA Hip Hop Mag Downloads which aims exactly at addressing these grievances by giving up and coming musicians an opportunity to build an online presence and a self publish. This initiative has been widely embraced by up and coming musicians who have always complained about very little or minimal exposure on major media outlets, citing brand size as a concern.
Artists can now self publish biographies, news articles and press releases about new music , videos , shows etc for free on www.downloads.sahiphopmag.co.za . The platform does not require any user registration , thus eliminated any barriers faced by up and coming musicians who sometimes do not have enough resources or the knowledge to navigate complex systems. Once content has been published it is moderated within an hour, published and shared across all our social networks.
