Tellaman is one of the SA rappers who are living to tell the tale and at the same time bowing down to the veteran rapper who believed in him during his early days in the music industry. Taking to Instagram, the Love Again chanter took time to give flowers to one of the SA hip-hop OGs Okmalumkoolkat.

Tellaman stated in his post that his fellow homeboy gave him the opportunity when he was still a novice in the music industry and he has every right to thank him. “Smi took a chance on me when I was a nobody in the SA music industry. Love him 4L.” Wrote Tellaman. Okmalumkoolkat also went on and give back the love to Tellaman with a comment; “My broer.” ❤️

Tellaman has created a good relationship with most of the Durban rappers and he has gone on to drop explosive music with the likes of Nasty C. The famed Durban rappers might have enjoyed a good spell together, but they also revealed some of their worst memories a few years back.

Nasty C and Tellaman couldn’t keep their emotions in check during an interview on Ivyson Gaming TV, recalling their worst recollections from 2020 when the looting took place.

“2020 was a mess, I remember this one time we were driving from Durban to Johannesburg, you know. We just came from a gig you know, everything was fine as soon as we get to Johannesburg every place was looted. It was just crazy you couldn’t find anything anyway,” said Tellaman.
