AKA Bags His Second Platinum Plaque For ‘Touch My Blood’! AKA has solidified his position as one of the biggest Hip Hop artists in the game for a rather long time.

Early last month (October), AKA revealed that his sophomore album “Levels” had just been certified double platinum. This came a few months after the rapper had dropped his third studio album called “Touch My Blood” which went gold a little over a week after release.

He just announced that his latest album has just reached platinum status meaning that he has sold over 30 000 copies since he dropped the album over four months ago. This makes AKA’s album the fastest selling album of 2018 and the only one which has reached platinum status yet.

Consistency is everything in this game … I remember when I started working on this album I wasn’t sure what I wanted people to hear me talk about or how I wanted to sound. As time went on I realized that I needed to go deeper than I ever had. This album took so much out of me. I had always maintained that this would be my best work.
