Benny Chill Explains How His Single “Ngozi” Featuring AKA Came To Be. AKA has been relatively silent in terms of new music over the last few months. AKA has only released a few features and a short collaboration EP with Costa Titch, “You’re Welcome,” last year, after presenting us all with his newest release “Bhovamania,” which earned great traction in 2020.

Recently, the rapper has shared snippets of the new music he is currently working on. At the same time, he has featured on Benny Chill’s new single “Ngozi.” During an interview on SlikourOnLife, Benny Chill shared how his collaboration with AKA came to be. 

“AKA took a liking to me when I think he saw me perform and then he just like spoke to me, like yo I like your energy at the same time like as a person who likes enjoys performances  and enjoys like a certain kind of music.” He said. 

The young rapper revealed that his connection with AKA made it easy for the two to come up with a great song that has been heavily accepted by the fans. “I guess we just connected and then from the connection to on a talking basis it ended up becoming a connection like musically and you know like he heard the record and he was like yo open the 16th day,” said Benny.  

Benny Chill easily executed with his distinctive flair before AKA joined in to lend his lyrical flavour and, of course, Mustbedubz’s input completed the 360.
