‘I Am The Ghostwriter,’ Emtee Speaks On Ghostwriting! Emtee is undoubtedly one of SA Hip Hops biggest artists at the moment, in recent times the Corner Store hitmaker has been questioned on whether he writes his own songs or if he has a ghost writer.
“Started something, put niggas on and I don’t have a ghost writer… I am one,” tweeted Emtee bragging about his achievements. The rapper did not reveal the people he writes for because he thought it would be “throwing them under the bus”.

“People always say that I don’t write my songs and that I hired somebody (to write for me). It’s not true. I write my own lines. In fact, I am the ghostwriter,” said Emtee in a recent interview endorsing his statement on twitter.
