‘I Wrote 5 Songs For Drake’s More Life’ Says Burna Boy! Drakes highly diverse album More Life which came out in 2017 apparently featured a song by Nigerian star Burna Boy.
The album has been doing well ever since it came out last year because of the diversity in music. There are a couple of Grime songs in the album and some with African artists like Black Coffee. Burna Boy also said that he submitted 5 of his songs to Drake to consider for the album.
“I worked on 5 new songs for the project, and submitted them all,” said Burna Boy. According to Burna Boy, one of the songs “More Life” which was put on the album but it was “chopped”. He said that his vocals were sampled on the “Get Together” track. Apparently He did not receive credit for the work he put in the More Life album.
