Cassper Nyovest Avoiding R3 Million Lawsuit! Cassper Nyovest allegedly destroyed Rawbust Productions’ equipment during an interview at the SA Hip Hop Awards backstage because of a question he didn’t like about his controversial statement on selling 10 million records.
Cassper was not happy with the questions posed and thereafter threatened to damage Rawbust’s equipment, including their cameras. He allegedly calmed down when they reached agreement that only his interview would be deleted from the memory card.
Cassper’s management allegedly took possession of the memory card at around 22:00 pm and disappeared backstage and returned it after half an hour.
Rawbust team claim that they later realised that several hours of footage from that day were “erased” instead of just the interview as was allegedly agreed.
Rawbust claim to have lost income due to the damages caused by the rapper and are now seeking R3 million in demages.
Neither Cassper nor his team have released a statement on the matter. Cassper’s manager, Tshepo ‘Spike’ Seone told TshisaLIVE he would not comment on the matter.
