“Emtee & Nasty C Put Stogie T On” Says Rashid Kay! Tumi has been commended for putting a lot of rappers on in SA Hip Hop over the years. In a recent interview with Rashid Kay, he spoke about how the new artists also paved a way for Stogie T which is Tumi’s new alias.
“Tumi paved a way for a lot of rappers, but at the same time Emtee and Nasty C paved the way for Stogie T, not Tumi but Stogie T. If it wasn’t for It’s Just The Way It Go and By Any Means these kids wouldn’t know Stogie T. So as much as he can claim I did this, I did that for who, Nasty C and Emtee made Stogie T,” said Rashid Kay.
In the interview we also talked about the shots that Stogie T was taking at Riky Rick and Cassper Nyovest on Star Signs. Rashid calls the shots unnecessary because of the era we are in at this stage in SA Hip Hop.
