Youngsta CPT Slams SAPS & DA Over The Murder Of A Wynberg Man. Youngsta CPT has unleashed scathing criticism aimed at both the South African Police Service (SAPS) and the Democratic Alliance (DA) following the tragic murder of a man in Wynberg.
The renowned rapper has consistently spoken out throughout his music against the alarming rate of horrific crimes occurring daily in Cape Town. Taking to Twitter (X), the Kaapstad rapper heavily criticized the political party Democratic Alliance (DA) and the SAPS for not fulfilling their duties in combating crime in SA which has led to the deaths of many innocent people.
“Hoping the REAL issues I mention trend asmuch as the negative…he is just one of the many SA please don’t let us die in vein…someone (SAPS/DA/whoever!) gotta be held accountable Rest Peacefully Ramone,” wrote Youngsta CPT.
The rapper’s comments followed reports of the careless murder of a father from Wynberg, a southern suburb of the City of Cape Town in the Western Cape. According to the Daily Voice, Ramone Freeman was shot and killed by cops after the police were investigating housebreaking when they noticed Freeman jumping a complex wall where his mother stays.
Youngsta CPT has a history of speaking out against the killings within his community, particularly highlighting the tragic passing of AKA which deeply affected the nation. Despite the widespread mourning, Youngsta CPT has consistently advocated for justice for AKA, notably in the aftermath of his murder in Durban.
Additionally, he has not shied away from criticizing AKA’s friends for their silence, urging them to join in demanding justice for the slain rapper. “I shouldn’t be the most upset about Kiernan dying!
