The Cebisa rapper has recently dropped a new single titled Setbacks. The track is to many people a surprise as it introduces a style and sound different from his old one. Known as the master of rapping in vernacular, Zakwe addressed how he needs to alter from time to time.

“What people must understand, I can not always do just ‘Kasi Rap’ songs or always keep it 100% vernac, especially if uNkulunkulu angiphile amandla okunaba with other languages, I will keep on expanding my fan base using that,” he proclaimed.

The award winning star touched on the topic as he was passing gratitude to his new producer XWiseBeats.

“What @Xwisebeats is doing to my music is something else, he always sends me beats and ideas, new sound, pushing me to keep on being innovative.

“I’ll for ever be grateful to @YoungcannibalZN, who hooked me up with @Musiholiq_Nuz who also assisted me kakhulu, above that introduced,” he wrote.
