Touchline Truth Salutes Kwesta After Being Included On The 16th Bar Music Concert Lineup. In a harmonious collision of lyrical genius and magnetic stage presence, Touchline Truth and Kwesta are set to ignite the 16th Bar Music Concert with their explosive performances.
The Nomayini hitmaker revealed the lineup of prominent SA artists that will grace his legacy concert on the 12th of August 2023. Following the unveiling of the first phase lineup, fans were alarmed since they did not see some of the musicians they expected to see, including Kwesta‘s current favourite SA rapper Touchline Truth.
Taking to Instagram, Touchline Truth announced that he will be performing at Kwesta’s Legacy Concert. The young rapper mentioned the mutual respect between him and Kwesta alluding that the Ngud’ hitmaker is one of his idols.
“I came in this game as a lone soldier pretty much, nobody really took me under their wing and said let’s fly. I found my swing though, and few people have embraced me like this guy. Mentions me when he doesn’t have to and respects me as much as I respect him. Senzo is one of my idols…and he’s doing his legacy concert on the 12th of August. I’ll be on stage and I need you guys to please pull up on us. #The16thBar Ayihlangane khona!” Wrote Touchline Truth.
Kwesta has expressed how much he values Touchline’s music stating that he plays more of Touchline’s music than any other young SA rappers. “I play a lot of people, but I play a lot more Touchline than anyone. There’s like Reece and Nasty you know they always find themselves in my playlist, but I won’t lie to you, nobody gets more airtime than Touchline,” Kwesta said.
