Why Cassper ‘Ain’t Never Gone Get Another Song Of The Year!’ A lot of Casspers fans have wondered why the rapper did not submit his latest album for the SAMA’s. Cassper explained that he knows he will never get another song of the year.
A few days after tweeting that he had not submitted his latest album, Cassper explained to his fans why he wouldn’t win song of the year. Cassper expressed his hopelessness on twitter saying that airplay would not allow him or any other independent artist to win the song of the year award. Only artists signed to major labels have a shot because their music gets more airplay on radio.
“Major Record Labels Have f***ed up the game. Airplay is the only reason we ain’t never gone get another song of the year” tweeted Cassper. The rapper went on to say that he would get the streets rocking because of his loyal fanbase.
