Lucasraps Drops Y.O.G Remix ( Piped Up Freestyle). Talk of a rapper who is ready to save SA hip hop this year, Lucasraps is amongst the SA rappers who are in full throttle early in the year to give hip hop new lease of life. Despite the “hip hop is dead” talk, Lucasraps is amongst the few hip hop artists who stood by the culture as he managed to achieve tremendous things in the previous year.

In a space of a a week Lucasraps has already worked on two hip hop body of works, a clear sign that the rapper is ready to go all the way this year. Taking to his Twitter TL Lucasraps shared the release of the song “Don’t Panic” where he featured with Yungseruno. “2022 we on necks! @yungseruno just dropped a banger Title: Don’t Panic Ft: @No_Commoner , @whodat_keed & Y.O.G Prod By: do2 & n.k.v.y Video By: @TEEE_man,” tweeted Lucasraps.

Just a few days after the release of “Don’t Panic”, Lucasraps is out again with another hip hop banger. The rapper announced the release of Y.O.G remix (Piped Up) via an Instagram post where he shared the snippet of the music video. “A Y.O.G Remix [Piped up freestyle] Out Now! Link in biooooo,” he wrote.

The rapper has started this year on a tremendous high. Just a week ago he dropped an EP “4 DE MAMI’s.” with one of the track featuring Flvme. At this pace, it really looks like Lucasraps is all up in sleeves to venture into what they have dubbed “Operation Save Hip hop.”
