There has been a series of protests taking place in several parts of the country over the last few days which were triggered by plans to increase tuition fees. Protests continue to spread from Johannesburg across the country after the Higher Education Minister Blade Nzimande announced that tuition fee hikes will be capped at 6%. University students refuse to budge and continue to fight for their education.
