Stilo Magolide Lands An Acting Gig In Upcoming Action-Packed Movie. SA rappers have not only hopped to the amapiano wave that has claimed the spotlight in the music space, but SA hip-hop stars will jump into anything that will make them maintain their famed status quo.

A number of SA rappers have grabbed the chance to showcase their acting skills and most of them have starred in movies and telenovela dramas. Stilo Magolide is the latest rapper to make a try at acting after he announced that he will be featuring in a local action movie.

The rapper took to Instagram and shared a snippet of the movie GEREZA. The rapper can be seen portraying a role in the life of a gangster and he seemed to have played the role perfectly well. Stilo stated that the movie will premiere on the 18th of October on EVOD channel. “GEREZA COMING SOON S/o to @yellowbone_entertainment 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 #EVOD 18th OCT #MOOLA,” he wrote.

Stilo Magolide has joined the likes of Reason, Rogue, and PDoto who have also played a part in dishing out entertainment through acting.

The Ballon Dor chanter has contributed so much to the SA hip-hop culture and he is one of the big-name rappers who have released the best music. The rapper has worked with the likes of Nasty C, Riky Rick and others and he has also shared some of his tough moments collaborating with his peers.

Stilo stated in an interview that ‘Day Off’ featuring Nasty C haunts him. “a lot of people like for years like Nasty C bodied you, and I’m like but guys, you are not listening to the song.” “Me on that song I’m talking about my day off, and I’m talking about my day off on the most simple, straightforward South African laymen term,” he explained. 

“It haunts me because it’s like, such a dope song and I love that song so much mara why do people always gotta make it like a battle?”
