Mandoza’s Nkalakatha Producer Says AKA and Reason are Fake
Gabriel ‘Gabi’ Le Roux is a veteran producer known for his work with the likes of Lebo Mathosa, Brenda Fassie, Ringo Madlingosi, Busi Mhlongo and Yvonne Chaka Chaka. The veteran who is responsible for producing Mandoza’s hit song Nkalakatha is pissed off with the SABC.
Gabriel called out AKA, Toya Delazy and Reason for being fake. “The ONLY way our Broadcasters (especially SABC Stations like – Metro, 5FM etc.) now take you seriously is if you take on a fake American Accent like AKA, Toya De Lazy, (and) Reason.”
He went on to call the award winning musicians ‘Cancer’ to the South African culture. “These artists are all a cancer to our Collective South Afrikan (sic) culture, spending every hour of every day perfecting their fake American identities and infecting a whole new generation of South Afrikans with their foreign Masters’ Neo Cultural Colonialism. Voeitog and Voetsek to being indoctrinated by American clones! Mzansi First! My Country – My Music!”
