The West’s might be the next black family in the Whitehouse as Kanye confirmed on social media that he is running for presidency in the coming election.

“We must now realize the promise of America by trusting God, unifying our vision and building our future. I am running for president of the United States” Ye wrote.

It is also not the first time West has claimed that he is running for the election after announcing at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards that he was going to run for president in 2020.

However, last November he pushed the date back, saying he would actually run in the 2024 contest.

The rapper is already on the right direction after getting the support of Canadian billionaire businessman Elon Musk, who responded to Kanye’s tweet saying ” You have my full support“.
