“I’ve been crying all my life,” Emtee Talks About His Struggles. For years we have been witnessing the struggles of Emtee, from his rises and falls he has never been afraid to share that life hasn’t been kind to him.

Speaking to Reason on the Rhymes and Reason show, Emtee shared what inspired his single Wave. The song dropped earlier this year alongside Brand New Day as his comeback after leaving Ambitiouz Entertainment. The single details his his struggles, dreams and goals.

Part of the lyrics read as : ” As I reminisce, remember when I was a kid. Always wanted to be rich, dawg. They just wanna surf. They know I’m the wave. They don’t wanna learn, dawg
I’ve got kids, tryna cop my whip.” Deciphering the lyrics he admitted how all his life he has never had it easy.

“I hustle I don’t have a job. I used to have a job in Randburg where we usee to deliver food to the offices. I have been struggling all my life. All of my music is inspired by my hustle.”
