Kanye West’s album listening party at Madison Square Garden sells out in 10 minutes
Yeezus’ disciples have spoken once again. Tickets to Kanye West’s highly anticipated album listening party at Madison Square Garden sold out in just 10 minutes of them going on sale, the rapper announced on Twitter.
“THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS WE SOLD MADISON SQUARE GARDEN OUT IN 10 MINUTES!!!” he proclaimed in a tweet.The “All Day” artist hinted that seats would be finally made available earlier in the day when he tweeted it was “always a dream” to debut an album at the World’s Most Famous Arena.
“On February 11th these dreams come true,” he posted shortly after. Sources tell the Daily News that West won’t be performing at the show. But he will roll out his latest clothing line, Yeezy Season 3, at the event — which will feature an appearance from prominent Italian contemporary artist Vanessa Beecroft as well. The show will also be streamed in 700 theaters in 23 different countries.
