Riky Rick Reminisces About Cotton Fest And Drops Anniversary Merch. Riky Rick’s Cotton Fest has become one of the most significant events on the SA Hip-Hop calendar. Cotton Fest has over 100 rappers and hip-hop DJs that grace its stage, the festival’s line up has included AKA, Boity, Yanga Chief, LucasRaps, Costa Titch and Willy Cardiac.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Cotton Fest could not take place in 2021 and so the Ungazincishi hitmaker took to Twitter to reminisce about his successful Cotton Fest posting a two-minute video looking back at the festival. Riky Rick captioned the video, “This time last year we were together at #CottonFest.”

Besides the festival itself, Riky Rick often releases merchandise to promote the festival. In the past he has released hoodies, sweaters, caps, and slides. To celebrate the anniversary of Cotton Fest, Riky Rick took to twitter to announce that has released a basketball shirt and shorts combo that will officially be dropping on the 27th of February 2021.

He captioned the photo “LET THE GAMES BEGIN… “Anniversary Park 1/200 27/2/2020”

It seems as if Riky Rick is sending a few rappers the new merchandise as LucasRaps recently posted a photo of him dressed in Cotton Fest apparel from head to toe.
