Reason Scores A Beat From Swizz Beats! The SA Hip Hop scene continues to gain international recognition by the day. We have a couple of SA rappers breaking into the international scene lately.
Swizz entered the country last week and has been linking with a number of South African artists. On Sunday Reason posted a video on twitter of himself and Swizz confirming that he will be getting a beat from him. This was after the confusion of Reason’s name on the Black Panther Album.
Over the weekend the rapper surely found consolation by scoring himself a beat from the iconic Swizz Beatz. “THANK YOU SOUTH AFRICA!! YOU GOT ME MY @THEREALSWIZZZ BEAT!!! THANK YOU @RealBlackCoffee FOR PUTTING IN GOOD WORD FOR ME. I OWE MY LIFE FOR THIS ONE!!!,” said Reason.
Apparently we should expect a little more from the American Producer. “Spoke to @BustaRhymes on FaceTime yesterday. I’m telling y’all @THEREALSWIZZ bout to do some crazy shit for SA Hip Hop. Remember this tweet,” tweeted Cassper way before the collaboration came to light.
