Homeless Man Arrested For $3 Million Jewlry Theft From Drake & Future
Drake and Future’s Summer Sixteen tour has definetly been one for the rappers to remember. Apart from aving a number of guest appearances joining them on stage throughout the tour, the pair was hit with a suprise that no one expected.
On the 7th of September it was reported that a theif/thieves made their way on to the pairs tour bus and stole a briefcase that contained $3 million worth of jewlry.
Since the reports a suspect has been aprhended by Arizona State University campus police for trespassing on school property yesterday afternoon (September 7th), where it also surfaced that he had the briefcase containing the jewlry in his possession.
Homeless 21-year-oldĀ Travion Lamar King was initially booked for trespassing and police later identified him as the suspect seen in the surveillance footage obtained from Talking Stick Resort Arena, the venue at which the concert was held on the night of the robbery.
King was then booked on a theft charge, which TMZ reports is felony burglary.
It’s also said that King has worked at various venues in the area and was also in possession of a Talking Stick credential upon his arrest but he was not booked to work during Drake and Future’s concert.
