The South African Hip-Hop Lyricist Of The Year for 2020 Stogie T delivers fire bars on all his solo tracks and sometimes outraps other featured artists. He won the award after his 2020 EP release The Empire of Sheep (Deluxe Umasked).

The Love and War rapper took to twitter to share an exchange between him and another rapper after he complimented the rapper’s verse. Stogie mentioned that he’s panicking because he likes the verse.

He wrote, “I gave a rapper props for a verse he put out, he then puts another one out saying I am panicking cuz I like his verse. Here’s the thing, I am going to keep giving you dudes respect when you earn it, your energy is hip hop, I ain’t mad nor panicking, I am writing. Hehe”. It is still unclear who Stogie was talking about in his tweet.

Stogie T has not let slip about his plans for 2021 are a little unclear but what is certain is that he will be featured on A-Reece’s new album Today’s Tragedy Tomorrow’s Tomorrow’s Memory: The Mixtape. Stogie T will feature on the 11th track of the album next to BELO SALO. The album is set to drop 26th of March 2021.

Stogie last released two singles in July 2020, Dunno featuring Nasty C and Animals featuring Benny the Butcher and Alonda Rich.
