Nadia Nakai Set To Release An ‘Emotional’ Music Project. Nadia Nakai is yet to release new music in the aftermath of AKA’s death. Despite participating in AKA‘s posthumous Mass Country album, Queen Bragga plans to put out something to reconnect with her fans after a difficult time.

Taking to Twitter, the famous rapper had her followers pleading for her to release new music, implying that it had been a while since she had done so. “@Nadia_nakai any single coming soon this summer? It’s been a minute #BRAGGA,” read the tweet.

Bragga responded stating that she is currently working on new music, but that it has been emotional given what she is going through. The award-winning rapper added that the music project could be an EP and she is working with Zakes Batwini behind the scenes.

“Been working… but everything I been working on been emotional. Not my Comfort zone, but it’s where I’m at. Looks like it will be an ep. @ZakesBantwiniSA said he gonna send me something this week. Then gonna drop.” Tweeted Nadia Nakai.

Even though Nadia appears in public with all smiles, deep down the rapper is emotionally struggling. The rapper has not only been getting love from her fans, but her family has been very supportive. In celebrating her 33rd birthday, AKA’s mother Lynn Forbes penned a heartfelt message to Nadia stating that she is a blessing and wishes her nothing but the best.
