Vic Mensa Says Wayne’s Comments Are Selfish and Arrogant

Vic Mensa say Wayne’s comments are selfish and arrogant concerning the remark Weezy made about Black Lives Matter movement. The Chicago Rapper who is currently signed under Roc Nation addressed the controversy during a Reddit AMA.

Vic Mensa addressed Lil Wayne’s rejection of Black Lives Matter yesterday during his Ask Me Anything on Reddit. “I think it’s a very ignorant, selfish, and isolated position to take,” Mensa wrote, regarding Wayne’s interview with Nightline, in which Wayne said “I am a young black rich motherfucker. If that don’t let you know that America understands black [expletive] matter these days, I don’t know what it is.”

Mensa concluded that even Lil Wayne is also a black man before all the glitz and glamour, and can be treated the same way.
