Ambitiouz Entertainment To Appeal Court Ruling Following Blaq Diamond Win. Blaq Diamond has successfully stopped YouTube and recording label Ambitiouz Entertainment from removing their music from their YouTube channel.

The Johannesburg High Court injunction also prevents the record label from removing the group’s songs from all other digital streaming sites. However, in a statement, Ambitiouz Entertainment stated that they welcome the court ruling but they will explore other legal avenues to appeal the ruling.

“In light of the court order, Ambitiouz Entertainment accepts it with the utmost respect and will comply accordingly. However, we would like to inform our valued supporters that we will be diligently exploring the available legal avenues to appeal the judgment. We believe it is important to exercise our right to respectfully challenge the decision and seek further clarity.” Read the statement.

The record company, on the other hand, has stated that it will uphold the court’s decision by not pursuing copyright strikes against Blaq Diamond. “We want to reiterate that, as instructed by the Honourable acting Judge WANLESS, Ambitiouz Entertainment will NOT be instituting any copyright strikes against works or music authored by Blaq Diamond from 15 June 2022 onwards. We aim to uphold the court’s decision in this regard.” Ambitiouz Ent wrote in a statement.

The controversial record label announced that they bestowed the distinction to the music duet and would continue to honour their brilliance with the rest of the world. Ambitiouz revealed that they will soon release new unreleased tracks by Blaq Diamond as part of their ongoing celebration.
