Local Is Lekker! Cotton Fest Announces The Biggest-Ever Lineup. The highly anticipated Cotton Fest is returning to Johannesburg next month after a great run in Cape Town, and the lineup for this year has just been announced.

The event, which will take place on Saturday, February 4, in the centre of the city, will once again combine well-known and up-and-coming local performers on three action-packed stages. Taking to Instagram, Cotton Fest announced a bumper lineup with over 150 local artists.

However, the event organizers have included a disclaimer noting that the lineup is subject to change. As is customary, the entertainment-packed event will incorporate a variety of additional lifestyle components to keep the public entertained. These include; The Tuckshop – Retail Fashion Store
Unconventional Sports Area – Live Skateboard Competition, University Cafeteria – Food Court, Customisation Station, Half-court Basketball Court, Live Art Installation.

The event has also attracted a large number of reputable sponsors that will power it to have a smooth-sailing event come February 4th. Cotton Fest’s 2023 iteration is sponsored by Puma, Jagermeister, Stimorol, Vuse, Oros, Red Bull, Adoozy, Spotify, Klipdrift, Count Pushkin, 4th Street Wine, Hunters, NBA Africa, and exclusive broadcasting partners YFM and Trace Urban.

Through a collaboration between Cotton Fest and JHC Housing, the event will also this year witness an increase in its footprint with a new location inside the festival grounds known as The Lot.
