“You never forgot me, you always went out of your way to find me from whatever rock I hid under. Yo Ntukza let’s hit the club I’m playing somewhere. I’d be sitting behind your DJ booth sipping on Hennessy no one noticing I’m even there. How can I forget you, King,” Ntukza wrote.
Ntukza’s heartfelt message captures the profound sorrow that echoed through the music community when DJ Dimplez passed away on 6 March 2022. The famed hip-hop DJ was confirmed dead by the family after he suffered “a sudden brain haemorrhage.”
