J Molly’s Manager Disappointed By New SABC Hip Hop Show. Music manager and musician, Naverone Albers aka Nav Never Broke expressed his disappointment on the promo for the new SABC hip hop show that will be airing soon.
The show will be focusing on the In’s and Out’s of the industry including the tales of how the big weight artists we know today made it through the grind. The aim of the show is to take viewers through the journey of how the game evolved to new age hip hop.
Albers finds it bazaar that the show is focusing on the new generation of SA hip hop but the artists who allegedly began the movement aren’t featured in the promo video.
The producer ranted on his notorious twitter account about how the promo for the show doesn’t feature any appearances from J Molley or Acid.
“Niggas made a show about the new generation of SA hiphop & you don’t see J Molley or Lethabo Acid’s face once. People really don’t know who started all this shit & inspired these kids & it’s so sad, J Molley’s white so it’s expected, but Lethabo? Long Live Treehouse I guess” he wrote.
The rant seemed to be directed to the producers of the show but we’ll let you be the judge on that.
