Aewonwolf On Why Selling One’s Soul For More Money & Fame Isn’t So Bad. For years there have been conspiracies thrown around about artists who sell their souls to the ‘devil’ to gain all the riches and fame. An interesting question has popped up which Aewonwolf answered in a suspicious manner.
A tweep asked celebrities if they could sell their souls to attain more wealth and fame. The Say It Louder rapper expressed that selling your soul to get freedom wouldn’t be so bad.
“It’s all pending on the terms of the agreement. Both can be good or bad. The biggest reason I’ve chosen to stay indie is freedom. But I don’t recommend the indie route if you want fame and money. You might as well have sold your freedom for u to get those things,” wrote Aewonwolf.
When a fan confronted the Khuluma rapper on his statement justifying selling one’s soul, he said that he would consider the opportunity.
“Lol I just don’t like calling it that cause some people are still who they are after, they just lack certain freedoms. It’s like signing any employment contract. You might be a C.E.O but as long as you under contract you will sacrifice freedoms to get that cheque,” he added.
