AKA Explains Why His Album Took Nearly 4 Years! It has been a pretty long time since AKA dropped a solo project since Levels.The rapper has been able to stay relevant with singles since then.
“To be honest, I wake up at 1pm most days because I go to sleep at 5am, sometimes 8. I’m obsessed with this album. When it drops, it drops, I can’t take it back. I’m going to make sure it’s so good it’s going to make me not want to drop another album ever again,” tweeted AKA.
He went on to tweet, ‘I know I made you wait long AF for this shit. Trust me … I know … but the way everything is lined up right now … this bout to be the biggest SA HIP HOP ALBUM OF ALL TIME … shout out to @KwestaDaKAR tho, lol”.This just goes to show the type of music which AKA will be putting on his album.
