Cassper On Why He Would Love To Hear Emtee On An Ampiano Joint. Cassper Nyovest has recently expressed his eagerness to hear his fellow rapper on an Amapiano song. The multifaceted rapper is one of the SA rappers who have dabbled in the Yanos wave, and he has made quite an impact on the genre.
Speaking during an interview on Good Hope FM, Cassper said that even though he has received criticism for his involvement in the Yanos wave, he said he would also love to hear other rappers such as Emtee on the Amapiano sound.
Cassper said that Emtee would sound amazing on an Amapiano joint considering his melodies and lyrical prowess. “You know what’s crazy, I’d love to hear Emtee on a Piano. You know why? I see it differently like the way I look at music, im like a scientist.
“Like I always want to see if I could just put this here. Imagine Emtee’s melodies and like the lyrics. Think of the first album when you think of songs like We Up,” Cassper said. Cassper Nyovest is currently enjoying a good stint following the release of his Solomon album.
However, Emtee is currently mapping his way to deliver his long-awaited project in DIY 3 which has faced some setbacks ahead of its release. The self-proclaimed Big Hustle said that the album is complete and he is only waiting to sort out the politics that have hindered its timely release. “The album is done. It’s just politics . Ion know y people like making my life a living hell. I just can’t just be at peace for even an hour,” Emtee said.
