Cassper Nyovest celebrated reaching the 1 Million views mark on YouTube for the video in only 2 weeks. This was the same rate at which the rappers hit Tito Mboweni from his previous album Thuto. The rapper’s video touched on political matters especially the land situation in the country and this resonated with a number of South Africans including Politicians.
Upon reaching a million views, Minister Fikile Mbalula congratulated the rapper for the milestone in such a short time. The Minister was not the only politician to commend the rapper for his video addressing the land, he even caught the attention of the head of the EFF, Julius Malema.
