Nasty C & Mabala Noise Facing A R4.5 Million Lawsuit! Following Nasty C’s departure from his former label Mabala Noise, the rapper and his former label are now facing a major lawsuit for breaching a contract.
A company called Freeworld Music was hired by Mabala Noise to handle Nasty C’s bookings and endorsement deals. According to court papers filed by the company, they are owed R3.5 Million for services rendered to the rapper and his label.
The rapper was invited to be part of the discussions back in 2016 to review the terms and clauses of the contract. The agreement that was eventually made entailed an exclusive management agreement, publishing agreement and the artist agreement.
