This rapper has been in and out of prison for different reasons. He is currently serving time in prison for tax evasion for income he received which was over $1 Million.
Lil Wayne
Lil Wayne was sentenced a year in prison for drug and weapon possession back in 2010. The rapper pleaded guilty to the charges in 2009.
Tupac
Tupac was a rather infamous character in the Hip Hop industry who was put in prison a couple of times for different reasons. The most notable was his sexual abuse charges back in 1993 for sexually abusing a 19 year old girl.
Kodak Black
Kodak was recently released from prison after he was arrested on drug and gun possession charges. This was not the first time that the Tunnel Vision hit maker went to prison as he had been taken to juvenile as a minor.
Lil Kim
Lil Kim’s manager was involved in a shoot out outside the Hot 97 studios. Kim testified in court saying that she did not know whether they were present at the crime scene and was later charged for conspiracy and perjury charges for lying to a grand jury.

Remy Ma served time in prison for shooting her friend in the back in 2007. The rapper was released from prison in August 2014.
T.I
Back in March 2009, T.I was caught with federal weapons in the trunk of his car. He was sentenced to a year in prison and was in the penitentiary from May 2009 and was released in March 2010.
