Drake, Cardi B & More Nominated For The 2018 BET Awards! Next month’s BET Hip Hop Awards seem to be a Drake and Cardi B dominated award ceremony.
The nominees for this years award ceremony were announced recently and Drake bagged himself 11 nominations. The runner-up to Drake’s dominance is Cardi B who is a nod short of matching up to Drake with 10 nods. Both rappers were nominated in the categories for Best Hip Hop Video, MVP of the Year, and Album of the Year for Scorpion and Invasion of Privacy.
Childish Gambino pulled six nominations, while Travis Scott and Kendrick Lamar each earned five. The late XXX Tentacion was nominated in the category for Best New Comer which he lost in last year to Cardi B. The awards will take place on the 16th of October.
