The rapper recently spoke to TshisaLive on dropping out of High School when he was still young to pursue his dream to make music. According to Kwesta, he stopped living with his Mother for a while after he had realised that his dreams did not align with what his Mother saw him doing and didn’t get along for a while.

“After I ran away from home I dropped out of school and just stopped going to classes. I did that because every time I went to school I didn’t want to be there because I knew that I was wasting my time. Like I’m not too dumb… I wasn’t doing too badly at school. It had nothing to do with that, I didn’t find things difficult or anything like that,” said Kwesta.
