Stogie T Apologizes After Being Accused Of Posting A Homophobic Tweet!

Stogie T Apologizes After Being Accused Of Posting A Homophobic Tweet! Stogie T has new music coming out this Friday and were not sure if the latest scandal that saw him trending all night was a perfect PR plan or a perfect coincidence.

The rapper found himself on top of the trends and the topic of a heated debate on black twitter after he tweeted something that some people found offensive. It all began with a comment he made on a twitter users post who was celebrating being a proud SA queer boy.

“So you guys are like gay gay? Salute man, gotta live your truth. You can count on T to defend your right to be who you are,” Stogie commented.

This did not sit well with the twitter user and so many on the platform who felt Stogies reaction was homophobic. It seems however black twitter was divided on whether the reaction was offensive or not.

Stogie then reached out to his victim asking for forgiveness saying his reaction was childish and wrong and that he did not mean to disrespect him.

I apologize for any misunderstanding and hurt that my careless words might have caused. I’m an ally to the marginalized in our society and my music has always reflected that. Asking for mercy for all offended. I have personally apologized to @_siphiwe_n,” Stogie said in his apology.
