Reason On Vic Mensa’s Explanation For Bashing XXXTentacion In BET Cypher! The BET Hip Hop awards ceremony was filmed on the 6th of October and will air on the 16th of October.

After the award ceremony took place, it was revealed that XXXTentacion posthumoursly received the award for Best New Act. Besides bagging thee award, the rapper also made the news after he was bashed by Vic Mensa bashed him in the BET Cypher which was aired during the ceremony with X’s Mother in attendance.

Vic Mensa then went on to explain his actions after there was a major backlash for the freestyle saying that it had been shot weeks before and didn’t know that X’s Mom will be in the audience but stood by his statements. Reason saw the video of Vic explaining himself and said that he can respect Vic’s actions.
